Fox Glen is a 50-lot development in Happy Valley adjacent to Rock Creek at Sunnyside Road.
Beyond the project development by Stafford, there will be 50 new energy-efficient homes nestled up to the creek/green-space. The natural setting was what caught our eyes as developers. We have taken care to design & provide creek-protecting stormwater collection and a landscaping plan that suits the green-spaces. The Fox Glen walk score is just about perfect; close to fine or casual dining, health services, parks, churches, a variety of shopping opportunities and great schools. It is a project Stafford Land is pleased to have done.
