Project Summary
Concord Oaks is an infill/redevelopment residential community. The property was a residence with acreage that included a section of grape vineyard. We were looking to develop a single family residential subdivision to meet the market demand for new homes in this area. Construction began in late 2015 with plat recording in summer 2016. As of January 2019 all 32 homes have been sold, and the project is complete. Stafford Homes and Land is the home builder, with each home meeting Earth Advantage Certification.
