Bear Creek is a two-phase 28-acre mixed use master planned development. It is comprised of 128 single-family lots and 65-70 apartment units in the center of Molalla Oregon, adjacent to the elementary and middle school. HWY 211 is to the south of the project, offering easy commutes. The project site at 13142 S HWY 211 includes open space with mature oak tree groves and trails.
Stafford carried the project from initial raw land purchase through planning and permits, then into site development. Construction began in May 2017 on this plot of land which had been used for agricultural purposes. During the construction the main hurdle was de-watering the utility trenches which filled with seasonal Oregon rainfall. Now complete, this new community will bring much needed housing to the Molalla area, along with a play structure and park amenities.
Stafford has transferred 122 single-family lots over to LGI Homes for new home construction.

Phase 2 Multi-family Apartment units. We look forward to developing and being a part of this phase. After completion we expect to keep the apartments. With Molalla currently out of buildable land, we feel blessed to have procured the last large parcel.

Molalla Oregon is one of our favorite places. Just 16 miles from Oregon City, 17 miles from Silverton, 14 miles to Woodburn, 12 miles to Canby, 21 miles to Wilsonville and 27 miles to Salem.
