Shirley Bank is a 7-lot development in Molalla adjacent to HWY 211 and Coho Street.  The site has an existing dwelling that may have occupants.  At their regular meeting on February 22, 2017 City of Molalla City Council approved, with conditions, the proposed Shirley Bank Subdivision at the location described, up to 7 buildable lots.  This project is available for sale.

This parcel offers some options for development. The existing structure(s) can be demolished and replaced with a new luxury estate with access via Coho Street.  It can also be divided into 3 home lots with access via Coho Street.  Finally, it can be developed into a 7 lot subdivision albeit with some Highway 211 access improvements.  These items can be discussed with buyer or through due diligence.
