Project Summary

Smith Creek is an approximately 140-acre project located in Woodburn, Oregon. Our development began with the annexation of (4) properties southwest of Woodburn. These parcels are currently within the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) and designated for residential development in the comprehensive plan. Ample common areas and open space to serve the new development and public with enhanced amenities are provided to create an excellent addition to the community. The location of the development will extend planned streets and services to additional properties in the UGB boundary to the west and south, facilitating future growth and expansion of the City as envisioned in the City’s Comprehensive Plan.

We are developing approx. 716 residential lots with space for 144 multi-family units.  

Properties 1, 2, & 3 have frontage on either Stubb Road or Parr Road. A fourth relatively medium-sized property is located at the western terminus of Ben Brown Lane on the north side of the street.  There are (10) phases to be developed over the next five to eight years; creating six different housing and lot types.
